I recently ordered a couple of items.

MyoPro - Fantastic construction and functionality, perfect for intense sports massage.

Myolite - Great build, surprisingly strong for its size, perfect for quick relief or when you're on the move after a long day at the computer.

Both of these make the cheaper ones I’ve picked up from Amazon seem like toys.

I can't say if the item is any good since it hasn't shown up yet. I placed my order 5 weeks back and have received 3 emails saying they're super busy. Not sure if it’s ever gonna get here…

The service is unbelievably bad, and here I am a month later with no delivery in sight.

I still haven't received my order, and even after reaching out, I'm not hearing back from anyone.

I ordered the MyoPro in black online, and it promised next day delivery. However, the email confirmation mentioned it would take 1-2 business days. When the delivery didn’t show up, I followed up and was informed there were delays due to high demand, and it would take about a week. I mentioned I needed it by the weekend. Ultimately, it arrived five days after I placed the order. Normally, this wouldn’t be a big deal, but the delivery info was misleading.

To top it off, I got the white MyoPro instead of the black one I wanted. But with the return fees, I figured it wasn’t worth the hassle since the product itself is the same.

On the bright side, the product is fantastic so far. It’s well-packaged, sturdy, quiet, and holds a charge really well. It’s super easy to use and comes with a carry case for convenient transport and storage. The different levels and speeds provide a good range, and the various heads let you customize the intensity of your sessions before or after workouts. I’d definitely recommend this product, but make sure to order ahead of time.

Building on what I mentioned before, I've now got the product, and it's top-notch and worth the price. Lottie finally fixed the issue and recognized the hiccups in their communication and delivery.

I waited quite a bit for my order to show up, and honestly, the lack of updates for the first 10 days had me a bit worried and frustrated. However, I did get a call and an email explaining the hold-up, which I appreciated. After that, I had to follow up again for news when the expected delivery date came and went without a word. Thankfully, my questions were answered quickly, and I eventually got my item.

This product is top-notch, though it’s on the heavier side. I’m pleased with it and would definitely recommend it. I did run into an issue with the charging stand, but they replaced it without any hassle. Because of its size and weight, I ended up getting a smaller gun from another brand for travel purposes.

I still haven't gotten my massage gun. Myomaster isn't replying to my emails, and I can't get through on the chat or phone. DHL claims they haven't gotten the package, but Myomaster believes it's in their hands. I've shelled out a good chunk of change, and here I am without my massage gun 😡😡😡

I faced a few hiccups with delivery, but myomaster really went the extra mile to help me out! Then, out of nowhere, I received a handwritten note and a bag of treats today. I can't express my gratitude enough. The myomaster works wonders for recovery.

Big shoutout to Lottie! After I didn’t get the item I ordered, she reached out and was super helpful. The replacement was sent out right away and made it just in time for Christmas. Fantastic customer service. I’d definitely shop with this company again. Thanks a bunch!

update*** After I posted this review, customer service reached out and I got my order the very next day. The product is top-notch :) Thanks a bunch! I had been waiting ages for my delivery with the ‘express 1-2 days’ shipping option. The tracking info said it hadn’t been handed over yet…

This item is functioning really well and matches the description perfectly. The interaction with MyoMaster was excellent, and they kept us in the loop about the possibility of the product not making it in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, even though it showed up before Christmas, it was ready for pickup right before New Year's.
